is the leader in the field of long-term care in Russia. It integrates the most effective and advanced competences in such areas as staff development and elderly and disabled people support. It contributes to the establishing of the utmost solutions in these areas.

IMPROVING QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY OF SOCIAL CARE ORGANIZATIONS' FUNCTIONING
Gathering best practices, operating legal and regulatory documents, supporting Association members and creating working groups; research activities in long-term care, analyzing current mechanisms and solutions in LTC system.
DEVELOPING A COMPETENCE CENTER IN LTC AND ENCOURAGING RESEARCH ACTIVITIES IN SOCIAL CARE
ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY OF PROFESSIONALS, PROTECTING THE ASSOTIATION MEMBERS' INTERESTS AND PROMOTING INTERESTS OF THE INDUSTRY
Participation in the major conferences, meetings and professional events in social support sector and long-term care in Russia, protection of the members' interests, legal advice, etc.
Association is a platform for education, accrediting educational programmes, regular discussions of the most significant solutions and problem areas of LTC, raising awareness of best practices in Russia and worldwide.
STRENGTHENING PROFESSIONALISM AND INSPIRING EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE AMONG ASSOCIATION MEMBERS
We collect information about educational programs, platforms, existing infrastructure for improving competence and further training. We are in constant search of the best world's and local practices.
When it comes to sharing what we found, we start with prioritizing the most critical points of competence deficit.

Hosting thematic and resulting annual conferences for Association members and other participants of the LTC market in Russia.
Representation in executive bodies
Association representatives are involved in work of the bodies of executive power in the social sector, available for participation. They present and lobby best practices of Association members.
Improving and increasing horizontal communications between market players
Community of professionals provides opportunities for networking and horizontal communications between LTC market participants for developing innovative solutions.
Increasing appeal of social sphere
Strengthening capacity of professionals, hosting national and international events, promoting discussion of relevant issues – all of this results in increasing the attractiveness of sphere in general.
INCREASE IN EFFICENCY
Ongoing management of quality improvement guarantees the effectiveness of organization's activity.
Members of the Association gain access to the methodology of social services provision management and quality control. Complex issues are worked through in workgroups. Gained and proved decisions are spread and promoted among all members of the Association.
